Terms & Conditions

By soliciting the services of Total IT Solutions, you accept joint and several liability of all of the terms and conditions outlined below in addition to future updates.

Payments
- Invoices are to be paid in full, no later than 14 days from the date of issue.
- You agree to pay 8% in interest in addition to the base rate set out by the Bank of England.
- You agree to pay compensation for late payment
- You agree to pay for any and all costs we incur
- You agree to pay for any losses
- You agree to pay our debt recovery costs
- You agree to pay for any and all legal fees we incur
- You agree to pay any and all court fees regardless of award
- All and any amounts paid to Total IT Solutions are non-refundable.
- Any overpayments will remain on account with Total IT Solutions until utlised.
Acceptance Of Services
- Verbal, written, telephone, face to face, email, sms, whatsapp, messenger or letter, collectively or separately, will all be deemed as your authorisation and instructions to proceed with any and all tasks in acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
- We accept no responsibility or liability for any services provided, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of contract, damage to company brand or image under any circumstances whatsoever for any reason.
Minimum Terms
- A minimum term of 12 months is required for all services, unless you have committed to a longer minimum term.
- A minimum term of 24 months is required for all hosting and maintenance services, unless you have committed to a longer minimum term.
Hosting
- Total IT Solutions accepts no responsibility or liability for any website hosted
- All websites built or moved to Total IT Solutions are to be hosted by Total IT Solutions for a minimum term of 24 months.
- If you wish to cancel your website hosting or host your website elsewhere within this minimum term, you are required to settle the full outstanding balance you owe in addition to all remaining months within your minimum term.
- You agree to pay a one-off transfer or cancellation fee in addition to any remaining balances you owe to cover our time servicing your account through transition.
- Total IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend your website and or email accounts over any and all non-payments.
- All email accounts provided within a hosting package are provided on a complimentary basis. You can pay to upgrade your email package.
Email Accounts
- All email accounts come with 400mb of storage space, this is enough space for circa 80,000 text based emails.
- Emails containing images consume more storage space and it is recommended those files are saved then the email deleted.
- Websites such as WeTransfer or Mail Big File are ideal for sending large or a high volume of image files.
- An additional charge of £3 per 400mb will be charged for additional space.
Deposit
- Please note that all deposit payments are non-refundable and will be used to cover costs incurred thus far. We will inform you if further payments are required from yourself to settle any outstanding balances.
Initial Payments
- Please note that all initial payments are non-refundable and will be used to cover costs incurred thus far. We will inform you if further payments are required from yourself to settle any outstanding balances.
Ownership
- Ownership of a website or any work carried out is not transferred until full payment and all monies owed and or to be owed is paid in full to Total IT Solutions.
Additional Work
- All additional work will be charged at £30 per hour and you will be invoiced accordingly.
Oversight
- All additional tasks, requests, projects and so forth will be charged for accordingly.
Payment Methods
- BACS payment is the preferred payment method.
- Credit and Debit Cards are also accepted.
Credit Control & Administration Costs
- You accept to pay any and all of the following costs to recover sums owed by you:
  - Reminder Call = £2
  - Reminder Email = £2
  - Reminder Letter = £5
  - Formal Letter = £5
  - Solicitors Letter = £120
  - Letter Before Action = £120
  - Debt Recovery Agency = £250
  - Court Action = £250
  - Bailiff = £250
  - High Court Enforcement = £250
- You also accept to pay any and all associated costs as well as interest at 8% plus the Bank of England Base Rate.
Aged Debtors
- If any invoice is overdue for 60 days or more, the following administration fees will apply, in addition to those as itemised above and will automatically be added to the amount you owe, based upon the sum you owe:
  - Up To £99 = £25 Additional Charge
  - £100 to £999 = £100 Additional Charge
  - £1,000 to £4,999 = £250 Additional Charge
  - £5,000 to £24,999 = £1,000 Additional Charge
  - £25,000+ = £3,000 Additional Charge
Legal Costs
- All legal costs incurred by Total IT Solutions for the purpose of defence or pursuit regardless of the verdict will be at your expense and due for payment upon demand.
Solicitors Fees
- All solicitors fees incurred by Total IT Solutions for the purpose of defence or pursuit regardless of the verdict will be at your expense and due for payment upon demand.
Copyright
- The ownership of all work carried out by Total IT Solutions will always remain the ownership of Total IT Solutions.
Stage Payments
- If a stage payment is overdue and unpaid, Total IT Solutions reserves the right to demand full payment with immediate effect.
Disputes
- A dispute must be made in writing within 14 days of an invoice being issued with evidence and a supporting statement. Thereafter, your invoice dispute period has expired and will no longer be considered.
Debt Recovery Agency
- Total IT Solutions will pass your debt onto debt recovery agencies at your expense.
- Most debt recovery agencies charge a fee of 17.5% in addition to your debt.
Selling Your Debt
- You accept Total IT Solutions to sell your debt to whoever it chooses
Credit Reference Agencies
- Total IT Solutions will inform credit reference agencies of your debt
Advertising Your Debt
- Total IT Solutions will advertise your debt until paid in full by you and or your company.
Personal Liability
- You accept full and unlimited personal liability for any and all invoices.
- You accept joint and several liability for any and all invoices.
Personal Guarantee
- You personally guarantee all payments to be made upon demand.
Defamation & Slander
- Our typical customer is valued at £5,000 and you are to pay a sum of £20,000 upon demand for each and every instance defamation is committed by you and or your company.
Consequential Damages
- Total IT Solutions accepts no liability for consequential losses or damages of any kind.
Loss Of Business
- Total IT Solutions accepts no liability for any loss of business for any reason.
Recruitment Of Our Staff
- You agree not to recruit any team member.
- If you breach this provision, you are to pay £10,000 as a recruitment fee per instance.
Updates To Our Terms & Conditions
- You accept all current and future Terms & Conditions
Pausing Services
- It is not possible to pause services.
- You can pay to not receive the service if you wish
Notice Periods
- A minimum of 2 full months notice or 60 days’ notice, whichever is greater, is due at all times, in addition to your minimum term.
Cancellation Fees
- A fixed fee of £120 will be charged for the administration, management and delivery of service cancellation for website hosting and maintenance services.
- A fixed fee of £60 will be charged for the administration, management and delivery of service cancellation for any and all other services

- Cancellation form completion is required per service you wish to cancel.
